BatchPro ("we", "us", "our") is a SaaS platform built for coaching centres across India. We help you manage admissions, fees, attendance, parent communication, and performance analytics — all in one place.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the BatchPro platform, including coaching centre administrators, teachers, students, and parents who interact with our services.
Registered Entity
BatchPro is operated from India. Our data practices are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023.
Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to run the service. This includes:

How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to deliver the BatchPro service you've subscribed to. Specifically:
- Provide and maintain the BatchPro dashboard and features
- Send automated fee reminders and attendance alerts to parents
- Generate reports, analytics, and progress cards
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues
- Improve service reliability and detect security incidents
What We Never Do
We will never sell, rent, or trade your data to advertisers, brokers, or third-party marketers. Your students' data is yours — always.

All data is stored on servers located within India, ensuring compliance with the DPDPA's data localisation requirements.

Role-based access; staff cannot see other centres
In the event of a data breach that may affect your personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by law.

BatchPro fully complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023. Under this Act, you have the following rights:

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right to Correction
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations.
Right to Grievance Redressal
File a complaint with our Data Protection Officer.
Right to Nominate
Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of incapacity.

Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. We share data only in the following limited cases:
- Infrastructure Providers — Cloud hosting partners located in India, operating under strict data processing agreements.
- Payment Processors — Only transaction metadata (amounts, status) — never card or bank details, which go directly to the processor.
- Legal Requirements — When required by Indian law, court order, or a lawful government directive.
All sub-processors are contractually bound to the same data protection standards we follow.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period after to comply with our legal obligations.
