Ed-tech in India jumped straight to online learning and left offline coaching behind entirely. That gap is what BatchPro is built to close."

The Problem We're Solving

India spends over ?58,000 crore a year on private coaching. The overwhelming majority of that, especially at the school and competitive exam level, goes to offline coaching centres in cities like Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. These centres are trusted, effective, and deeply embedded in how Indian students prepare for their futures.

And yet, most of them have no website, no way to show verified reviews, no digital fee management, no attendance tracking, and no way for students to discover them except through a neighbour's recommendation. The ed-tech wave of the 2010s digitized classrooms, it never touched the back office of offline coaching.

BatchPro was founded in 2026 to change that. We're building two things simultaneously: a discovery platform for students and parents to find the right coaching centre with real information, and an ERP platform for coaching owners to digitalize their day-to-day operations, fees, attendance, batch management, and parent communication, for free.

Why Offline Coaching Specifically?

It would have been easier to build yet another online learning app. But we believe offline coaching centres solve something that recorded lectures and live-streamed classes genuinely cannot: accountability, discipline, and the kind of teacher-student relationship that changes a student's trajectory. A great coaching teacher in Karol Bagh who knows her students by name is worth more than any algorithm.

Our job is not to replace these centres. It's to make them discoverable, credible, and operationally strong, so they can focus on teaching instead of chasing fee payments on WhatsApp.

How We Verify Centres

Every coaching centre listed on BatchPro goes through a multi-step verification before it appears in our search results:

• Physical Address Check: We verify the actual branch location including landmarks, nearest metro station, and floor details.
• Faculty & Class Size Audit: We confirm the qualifications of listed teachers and that the stated batch sizes match reality.
• Fee Transparency: Starting monthly fees and subject breakdowns are published openly, no "call for pricing" hiding.
• KYC Verification: Centre owners complete a basic identity and business verification before their listing goes live.
