What Happens When You Delete
Permanently Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone)
- Login credentials and sessions
- Class enrollments and attendance records
- Test scores and progress reports
- Any uploaded photos or documents
Retained (Legal Compliance)
- Payment/invoice records (7 years — GST law)
- Anonymised analytics (non-identifiable)
- Records required by court order, if any
This action is irreversible
Once your deletion request is processed, all your personal data will be permanently erased. You will not be able to recover your account, class history, or any associated data.
Deletion Timeline
Day 0
Request Received
We acknowledge your request via email or SMS.
Day 1–3
Verification
We verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletions.
Day 3–7
Grace Period
You can cancel the request if you change your mind.
Day 7–15
Data Erasure
All personal data is permanently deleted from our systems and backups.
